Domestic gate needed. Gap is 1.8m approx. Standard paling fence is on one side, brick garage is on the other. Needs to be able to be opened from either side, and locked from inside (maybe a bolt at the top). Gate must be at least 1.5m wide, but doesn't need to span the whole 1.8m, but you will need to fill the gap if the gate isn't 1.8m. Need to supply and install. Open to materials/style however I'm looking for something simple/cost effective. Needs to have a degree of tolerance in all measurements, so if there is slight movement of the ground/supports, it will still work in 25 years. If hinges are attached to garage bricks, must be installed such that the unlatched gate can't be moved beyond it's range and damage the brickwork. Must be installed so that it doesn't contact any downpipes. Tenanted property, do not contact occupants.
