2. fence required down side of house to block access to underhouse space. house is on brick piers & slight slope of land will require tapered fence to fit between ground and underside of existing outer wall. length will be approximately 12 mtr long & height between 10cm and 1 mtr. flexible on material but must be long term and still allow under floor ventilation.
