There are two dwellings on the property and the property of concern is the front. Both properties are not connected to each other in any way or form other than a fence. The property at the front does not have a side gate for easy access. It does however, have a very narrow pathway enough for a lawn mower to get through; but otherwise impossible for anything else.
We are looking at getting quotes to cut a section of where the existing fence is located which is right next to a shared driveway; and especially allow a door to be placed for easier access.
