Seeking a builder who specialises in fencing of a building of 15 units in St Kilda with the front and hopefully the back for the carpark. We will have intercom for the gate infront and remote control for the carpark. We do not know if we are allowed a roll up door for the carpark or sliding door if possible because of the space.
We would also relocate the rubbish bins to the rear and it might not be permitted because of the sewerage where we plan to relocate. We will also relocate the post boxes and that is not a problem.
Because of a lot of regulation we are not aware of with the council permit, we would appreciate if you would be kind enough to give us a quick answer as we as a committe members intend to meet at the site on 8/8/10.
