1. need to add a picket fence in front grassed courtyard, (u shaped fence) of about 17 meters in full length and about 1.5 meters high.
2. need to add a small wooden door (about 1.5 meters high and 2 meters wide) between 2 concrete pillars in the courtyard.
3. Need to add a dividing wooden fence of about 1.8 meters high and 2 meters wide in the back of yard.
4. Do some fixing on existing fence door to make it open from other side.
