1. rear fence 18mtrx 1.8 high fence timber with galv posts or block concrete post needs 1 pedestrian gate or all block concrete rendered.
2. 6 metre fence encorporating hinged gates to separate carport and yard to enable entry from carport to yard (colorbond or wooden slates possibly)
3. a) eastern side fence (front) requires replacement of retaining wall currently 3 sleepers high to 4 high and new timber fence 1.8 high x 16m
3. b) eastern side fence back 16 x 1.8 fence on top of existing retaining wall. may need to replace retaining wall
4. front fence 19 metre x 1.5 or 1.8 high with block concrete pillars and colorbond slates with pedestrian gate.
