I received the quotes and awarded the job to Your Bloomin Gardener but after multiple calls and text messages which got ignored I finally decided to give up. Jason advised he was injured and had to delay the job but several weeks later he would tell me he would be ok in a few weeks. After a message did not receive a response I called again in early December and said I wanted to ensure the work would be done before Christmas otherwise I would find someone else. He assured me he would have it completed before Christmas and I sent another message 2 weeks prior asking for confirmation and again he did not respond so I did not waste any further time. I have since obtained a quote outside of Service Central, the contract arrived on schedule and provided a quote that night which has been accepted and is booked in for February. I am disappointed in Jason and Your Bloomin Gardener but more disappointed I wasted so much time on them. This is my third service central debacle so will also be the last time I bother with the site so tread carefully.
