Hired Sarandi\'s Earthmoving to do site scrape at the rear of a unit, \r\nhe gave me a rough quotation before he started then when i got the bill it had more than doubled ! apparently due to tips fees\r\n\r\nthey also damaged the front unit which was newly rendered and sent a text to say there was a small hole but that he patched it up and it may need a bit of paint.\r\nit didn\'t sound to serious so i paid up his invoice that night before looking at the damage.\r\nthere was a big hole made from his machinery which he had filled with expanding foam (not a great look on a newly rendered building)\r\nthe purchaser insisted that we re render the back wall at a cost of $500 \r\ni feel Sarand\"s should of covered the cost of this as they done the damage.\r\nafter numerous texts, emails and calls they now ignore me and have not rectified the situation.\r\n\r\nthey are a totally unprofessional company to deal with and have no regard for the customer or gaining repeat business
