I'm doing an house extension,need site cut of an area about 10meters x 5meters and about 300mm to 500mm deep.also need slab trenching down of about 3 edge beams,2x3.8 meters and 1x7.215meters,and 1internal beam 3.8meters long all 250mm deep.need to get rid of spoil.have insurance and permits.limit access of 2meters high through existing garage and 2.3meters wide.
