L-shaped (80metres sq) courtyard at rear of block of units; narrow access (about 1m wide). mixed soil types,very lumpy in places; left over rubble from adjacent worksite. Its a mess really. just recently bought the place and want to "start from scratch" with a level yard and work from there.
