Levelling of backyard and removal of dirt

Our backyard has a slope and we need it levelled and the soil removed. The soil to be removed is contaminated with building rubble from recent renovations. The area is about 60sqm. We would also like approx 12 post holes dug for a low (600 high) retaining wall that will need to be installed after the levelling. Access to the backyard for equipment is available via our neighbours driveway, which runs beside our backyard, we just need to remove the fence panels for access.
