Site Leveling, Low Excavations for a Retailing wall and removal of all excavated soil off site The work required is on the front yard of the house - area is approximately 16m wide x 8m deep, while it is not a massive area, there is a bit of work to be done, there is great site access and the job is quite straight forward, the site has just soil and has no building waste or similar... the list below outlines what I need done Task 1 Exacavate a straight cut out for the retaining walls, approx. 10m long, 600mm deep and up to 600mm-800mm wide Task 2 Exacavate approx. 100mm off the top half of the front yard - approximately 10m long by 4 to deep... and level up to create a level area Task 3 Exacavate the footing for the future retaining wall footing - 400mm wide, 600mm deep Task 4 Remove all excavated soil from site Great site access (no front fences), front yard location and a pretty straight forward job Job is on a main road, but we have a service road out the front of the house... so absolutely no issues with parking for trucks and equipment etc The job is ready to go now, but I can be flexible on time frames subject to your current jobs you are currently working on, ideally I would like it completed by end of November or early December worst case... but happy to discuss Happy to make a time on site to discuss the job and talk through what's required Thanks Damian
