Front and backyard clear and level, soil removal

The front yard is rectangle with a slight curve at the driveway, also has a nook in right hand top corner where gas meter is.
Total front yard is about 7.5m wide, and about 10m long. The little nook is 1.2 by 1.6.
There is a small tree stump near the tap.
We'd like the entire thing cleared to about 2inches lower than the driveway concrete.
The back yard is 12 meters wide at the front and about 15.5 across total width behind the shed. There is 2 tree stumps that are dead that need to be taken out.
Length is about 12 as well. But there is a 6m shed and also a deck that is 380 x 430 in front of the shed.
Then a little patch of grass 2.5 m wide at front of deck that is included in the 12 metres at front.
The square behind the shed is about 3 metres long by 3.5 wide.
There is a huge pile that is about 2.5 x 3 x .8 high as well next to the deck.
We'd like it all cleared to about 2 inches.
Would like someone to ensure that both yards are cleared and levelled, fence areas are cleared, dirt is all removed.
Would like to be done as soon as possible please.
