I have a small courtyard accessible by laneway along the side of my house. It is 6.5m x 1.4m. It is currently hard compacted soil. I need to excavate 200mm so I can build a deck flush with existing door and concrete driveway. I will also require post holes dug for the deck. The spoil is to to be taken off site. The laneway will not be big enough to get a truck up but can get a ute up.
