Excavation of front yard approx 6mx12m good access slight rise

the only problem is the gas line runs through the area and i am not sure exactly where it is. dial before you dig can't seem to give me the right info and i have dug down about 1 metre but to no avail.
the area to move is approxiamately 6m x 12m on a slight rise with rougly 350mm to come out on the low end going up to roughly 1400mm on the high end.
pending on costings i may get the fence footings removed as well to allow for the new fence to be installed.
there will be plenty of access as the old fence is coming out.
