We have purchased a block of land in the ridge estate in doreen. it is rectangle 39.5m long x 18m wide. the land rises from the bottom left of the block to the back right hand side from a gradient of 7.2m to 11.2m. the title will be realised ion feb and i am looking at how much it would cost to have this block cut to size.
