Excavation of backyard for garage and deck

I plan to buide a garage (40 sq mts) and deck (44 sq mts).
For deck, dirt will need to be removed. The block slopes so depth of excavation reguired starts about 20cm near house to about 40 or 50 cm furthest from house.
For garage, a concrete slab from old garage (already pulled down and removed) needs to be removed for new slab, concrete slab covers same area as new garage (40 sq mts).
There is also a large tree that needs to be removed (including stump) this could be part of same job or a separate job.
Access is good - side driveway, 2.5 mts wide.
I will also need concrete slab for garage poured so if same person can do this great. But this ad is specifically for the excavation.
I'll be ready to start as soon as building plans are approved - should be in the next week. So would like to get quotes ASAP.

THIS IS NOT THE ONLY FEEDBACK ON THIS SITE WHERE GARRY HAS TAKEN THE MONEY AND NOT FINISHED THE JOB. I WISH I HAD BEEN MORE CAREFUL AND LOOKED AT PREVIOUS FEEDBACK BEFORE HIRING GARRY. I am VERY DISAPPOINTED in the poor service I recieved from GARRY SULTANA. He agreed to a price for the job and when I returned home he had packed up and had not finished the job. I ageed (stupidly in retrospect) to pay him because he assured me he would come back the following week and finish the job. When I went to pay him that day he said he thought the amount was $1,500 but I told him I believed we had agreed on $1,200 (to match an alternative quote I had recieved, but I gave Garry the job because he had responded more quickly) so he agreed to $1,200 and I agreed to pay him in full because he seemed like an honest guy and he said he would come back and finish the job. I've called him several times and he kept putting me off first saying he was busy with other jobs, then that his machines were busy elsewhere for a month. Now he is demanding an extra $300 to come back and finish the job which I have already paid the agreed amount for. I did change my mind about one aspect of the job (removal of some bricks) and even though that was originally to be included in the price I agreed to extra tipping fees for this but this is not enough, Garry is demanding an extra $300 even though he left behind parts of a slab of concrete that was to be totally removed and did not excavate all the way to the fence line which was very clearly part of the job. I WOULD NEVER USE THIS PROVIDER AGAIN.
