Hi, i would like a quote for excavating and leveling.
the title will be released next month but i am wanting to get organised re: hiring that way building can commence asap after title is given.
the site is on a a slope (3.8m) - engineering report can be provided upon request, however here are the numbers:
front left corner: 151.80
front right corner: 149.12
rear left corner: 150.22
rear right corner: 147.99
the lot is 681sqm, frontage 21m by 32.47m long.
there is a 3 meter easement across the back boundary. ideally, i would like the entire site leveled (as much as possible), but will settle for the footprint of the house if too expensive.
soil tests have not yet been conducted unfortunately.
