Excavation & site leveling for new home

We are building a new home, and would like a quote for excavating and leveling the site so it's ready to build.
Currently the land is raw land and titles will be released in April. However we need to get all this organised now so we can commence building as soon as possible after the titles have been released.
The site is on a bit of a slope, but nothing major. We have an engineering report which documents the slope and can be provided upon request, however here are the numbers for your convenience:
front left corner: 91.11
front right corner: 94.29
rear left corner: 98.68
rear right corner: 97.13
The lot is 716 sqm, frontage 19m by 38m long.
There is a 3 metre easement running across the back boundary.
Cross over is on the left hand side of the lot.
We expect there to be a need for retaining walls.
A maximum of 1.2 meter cut is allowed and a maximum 1.2 meter fill is allowed.
We are building a double story house, the dimensions are (approx): 13m wide by 21m long. Set back is around 5m.
Also, there will be a third garage approx. 4 meters extra width from the 13m width of the house I mentioned earlier making the front width of the house 17 meters.
The garage will be on the left boundary. I've been told by the builder that we will need to reinforce the ground with bricks so that the garage can be built on the boundary due to the slope.
We would like the entire site leveled (as much as possible), not just the footprint of the house.
Soil tests have not yet been conducted unfortunately.
