Dig up an existing stormwater drain

9 inch vitreous clay stormwater pipe is completely blocked and I need to replace it. First task is to dig up and remove existing pipe. There are two parts. First 13m under 50mm concrete, roadbase etc roughly 300mm wide and 700mm deep including pipe. Secondly 8m under a small layer of dirt 200mm thick inside a garage. I will want to retain existing fill for reuse once plumbing is completed.
Site is a driveway and so has easy access
