Demoltion and fill of inground concrete pool

We have emptied our inground concrete pool, need to break-up concrete in bottom for drainage, then fill with rubble to about 3 feet from top,level out, then fill with soil to enable us to plant grass. pool is fenced and has palm trees around it, but we could help get rid of those to enable access. we back onto crown land, so to enable bobcat entry, we need to also remove existing wooden fence, and rebuild that. we can do most of the work to enable just the demolishing and filling of the pool to be done.
