Require backyard excavation and levelling, post construction of new home. Approx area is 7m x 12m, with an approximate depth of 0.7m at the fence tapering down to level at the slab footings. Access is approx 2-3m gap down side of house, no boundary fences are erected at this stage. Also require removal of soil from site.
