There are two areas requiring levelling and removal of dirty, gravel and general light garden materials ie grass, roots etc ... The 1st is approx 40m2 and will require a depth of 80-100mm it has good access via a double gates direct onto the street and is prep work for a shed. The 2nd is a side yard 40-60m2 of are that requires clearing and levelling the area for lawn and the removal of excess dirt etc, has good access via a seperate set of double gates however initial access is narrower. Both are light work job.
Work is ready to proceed immediately.
