580sqm block of land needs clearing - remove trees, inground pool, junk etc

I have a block of land which is 580sqm in size. I need to clear the site to make way for building. On the site there are quite a few large tree trunks which need to be removed, a large pine tree which needs to be cut down and removed, an inground "tin" pool which needs to be removed as well as the concrete/paving around the pool. The pool then needs to be filled with landfill. There is quite a lot of junk (i.e. timber, branches, etc...) which also needs to be cleared from the site.
I can send you photos of the block if you email me for a better idea of the job. Please advise what machinery is needed and rough hourly costs, as well as an estimate on how long the job will take to complete.
