We have a sloping block in belgrave (25 monbulk road belgrave off tekoi av) which is on a 18-20 degree slope. the block is 20.73 m wide and approx 35 metres long. we are planning to build a house with a garage underneath and wondeing how much it would be for excavations. we would like the house to start approx 10 meters from the front. the house is 16.2m accross the front and it goes back 10m. the garage would be 3 metres high and 6 metres wide and 6m deep. we would like the driveway to go up the left hand side of the block however there is a 2 meter cut batter at the front of the block wihich would have to be cut into to do this. we would also like to level off the back yard into 2 tiers with retaining walls and possibly the front also depending on cost.
