I require a 2000m2 residential block in Brookfield (next to Melton) to be urgently cleared of all grass (1 inch cut) and rubbish including a couple of mounds of dirt. The material to be cleared is approximately 90% clean or better. Site dimensions are 30m across the front and about 65m along the side boundary. Most of the hard rubbish has been piled in the front of the block however there is a little more around the block. I will attempt to assist in piling as much as possible for ease of removal prior to commencement or remove it myself. The block is practically level for the most part (slight fall) except for the last 10 or so metres which slopes a bit more downwards toward the rear. An inspection of the site is recommended to get an idea of the fall. Levelling is not required.
