Need driveway widened on both sides by approx. one metre to accomodate side by side parking. Existing elevated front yard embankment needs to be cut away for a distance of approx six metres long by about one metre high on both sides. I will build new retaining walls after earthworks completed.
Would also like right hand side embankment tapered to footpath height at front for vehicle access to rear yard.
