Back yard leveling

I want to get my back yard levelled to make it usable, ie put a garden shed and swing set on.
It's 14.5m wide, the hill starts 4m's from the back fence and runs uniform across the yard to about a 0.5m rise.
I want to put a retaining wall around the back yard where its dug out about 0.3m from the fence.
I need the dirt removed as well which is about 15m3.
Access is only available down one side of the house. to clear down pipes and window ledges is 1.3m.
