Please quote for following jobs:
Front door outside light removal and new to go up
Doorbell/ intercom disconnection removal
Five double GPO's
Removal of old bedroom light and new put in
2 x Heater/lamp/fan to be put into bathrooms
1 heater removal from bathroom
1 tv ariel connection
Downlights x 15 some existing holes ( we have the lights)
4 outside/ decking area lights to be put in
Oven removal and new oven put in.
Rangehood removal and new rangehood put in.
Also the previous owner was to put in a spa but didn't so there is a bit of wiring that needs to be tidied up - you may need to see it to quote. there is another 3 or 4 small jobs that also need doing but are not as high priority as the above. It all comes down to cost.
We will be receiving new appliances at the end of the month and look to have the works completed by mid may.
Quantities on some may change depending on cost and need eg. downlights may become 12 not 15. Anyway we appreciate your time and hope to be doing business with one of you soon.
