We need to urgently have someone look at our electric\rc gate. after the storms of last week we received a huge power surge that has fried tv's dvd players, computers, telephones (home phone not working) and, it seems the gate. it quite simply does not work. push the button, and nothing happens. suncorp have been very slow in responding but have now agreed to address the issue and have issued claim numbers. as this issue results in my not being able to properly secure my home i am looking for an urgent solution.
