Treadmill motor replacement

I have a new motor that needs to replace the noisy/faulty motor on my treadmill. Being an engineer myself, I have isolated/detached the faulty motor, so it just needs unscrewing from bottom, replacing the new motor on and doing an overall "health check" on the treadmill.
