There are two small bathrooms (upstairs) and one laundry (downstairs) which need ventillation exhaust fans. I think they can be installed through the window glass; one has sliding window, the other two have fixed pane. (I'm thinking this kind of fan: Punto M 100/4) Connection to existing ceiling-light circuit switch would be ok. Walls are brick, ceilings are plaster sloping with the roofline with minimal roof-space between, so I think the tastic-style fan/lights wouldnt work.
