Just bought a unit and am looking for an electrician to come in and quote on setting up downlights accross the whole unit.
The unit has a total size of 85 sq metres. Currently there is just one central light in each room (living room + kitchen + 2 bedrooms + bathroom).
Depending on budget we might go for something more simple like ceiling spotlights.
