After initial hiccup around pricing and resourcing, I was impressed with the initiative that their Manager took to resolve the issue for me after realising my dissatisfaction from bad review. Full marks for followup customer service. As I mentioned in my initial feedback that the quality of work and professionalism of electricians were top notch, now I am confident that their Management also care and they are in the long run, and not just for quick wins. If it wasn't for going through the resolution process, I would have given them full five stars! If this quality continues, I'll surely do business with them again in future.
