Run a new phone line from MDF to 1st floor unit

The telephone cable running from my unit to the Main Distribution Frame (MDF) has open circuited. To rectify this you would need to run a new cable between these 2 points. This requires drilling through the appropriate walls and running a concealing conduit up the side of the building to connect the MDF to my unit which is on the first floor.
The MDF is directly below my unit) (although of course there is a ground floor unit beneath me - the MDF is underneath that unit), so the conduit would just need to go straight up one of the external walls.
There would also be some small internal wiring required - i.e. the conduit would probably enter my unit in the bedroom, which is next to the study which is where I most require a phone connection.
