the roll a door for the garage is stuck half way down the garage.
I can not close the garage door, both by using the remote and even the manual way the garage door is stuck. i pulled the string for the manual operations and tried to pull the door down but it will not move down.
i think there is something wrong with the motor or in the way of the door going down. the remote does not work either.
