Need to rewire this rental property. i have totally guttered the interior so there is no gyprock or ceilings so work will be easy. the house is very small, only 8x10 metres and it is only a 3 bedroom with lounge and dining. i will need 2 powerpoints in each room, one in bathroom, about 4 in kitchen/laundry and one in hallway maybe? i want simple batten holders in each room and a light switch. hallway will need a 2 way switch. the house has a new board already. i'm not to fused about phone line and and tv points at this stage but may get a seperate quote for them at a later stage. i mainly need someone to rough in and wire up the switchboard. i can assist in roughing in along with a friend as we are handymen. we can do the fitting off ourselves. i can supply materials or you can use ur own. im not fused but i just need this job done asap
