1950s state housing 2-bedroom 90 sq cottage, with sleepover converted in 3rd bedroom & a 1970s skillion roof extension at back. Original had 8 GPOs, 9 lights, 2 exhaust fans, stove & bore. Extension has lights, 2 GPOs and wall air/con. More recent wiring includes a Solar HWS, GPO, Evap Air/Con. Quoted so far at above $6,000. Would like extra GPOs & smoke alarms etc but at this price! Can anyone do better, or am I dreaming?
