Small Queenslander-style house requires one power circuit replaced (original cabling is disintegrating), a new distribution board to replace the original fuse box and a new circuit(s) for kitchen renovations (electric oven, additional GPOs for dishwasher, fridge etc).
There is access from underneath and currently no cladding on the walls. If possible (and legal), cabling (or guide strings) could be put in place to save time and avoid two visits.
