In a bank of 4 downlights one downlight in dimmer than the others. i have been informed the transformer is faulty and needs replacing. i also require a new powerpoint in the wall behind a new wall mounted tv. i also want to know if it is possible to put a hdmi port below the tv with the other end at a point on the skirting board.
