Potentially rewiring as the electricity meter box will need to be shifted from the side of one of the flats to the opposite side due to the boundaries of subdivision. Require an assessment to identify any issues that need to be complied with (Australian Standards), work carried out to ensure compliance and possibly report / sign off re compliance achieved. Need work to be completed ASAP.
