I want to replace the old copper cable running from the telephone port outside to the interior port in the house. I'd like a proper shielded cable and replace the bad splices affecting the net quality down the line. Potentially to two points in the house, but I'd like a single fork point on the outside connection and reduce any degradation of quality.
