Replace a noisy junction box that is emitting a high frequency pitch . will require an on roof (1st floor replacement ) of junction - black box and including arranging a shutdown with jemena of the mains to 3 units being fed by junction box.
we wish to try to move the junction box - if possible to less noisy location on roof (or elsewhere if possible)
