Currently we have standard light fittings and wish to replace them with down lights and pendant lightswhich would include putting in more lights than what is currently there. We have a two storey 3 bedroom house with ensuite, bathroom, living area and dining/kitchen combined. I would like to have down lights in all rooms and possibly pendant lights in the kitchen, dining and lounge room and over the staircase. Lastly LED or any energy efficient lighting option would be preferred.
