This job requires the following:
1. Go to Bunnings (which is 5 minutes from the house) and pick up new batten holders.
2. Replace faulty batten holders in bedroom
3. Replace powerpoint in kitchen
This job is for an investment property.
We have had a quote done however we feel it is very expensive.
We know that replacing batten holders is a fairly straight forward job and we can come and do it ourselves if necessary but we'd rather not make the trip down.
We are looking for an honest reasonable quote.
Our tenant will let you in to do the job.
