We already have 2 x ceiling fans installed however have bought new ones which need to be put up in the same spot as the old ones are... so just a swap of the actual fan, the wiring/controls on the wall are all still ok. Also need to change over old light fitting to a new one however wouldn't require new wiring or anything I don't think. Lastly one dimmer switch does not work (ie light is at maximum all the time, does not dim when the dial is turned) and so needs fixing.
