The house is a double storey 5 years old brick and tile. we need to install 2 sensor lights. the one at the rear is a simple replace as the previous one is broken. the one at the front may need a new circuit created. happy for non switched as this should be on 24/7 anyway. we will provide the light fittings and globes. we would like this done asap however it is a rental property and we will need to arrange access. this an easy job for the right person but you need to be a licensed electrician for insurance purposes.
