Repair our treadmill cord please

The cord got caught under the door, while moving it around the house.. as a result it snapped off.. just needs to be reattached (the blue wire snapped) it needs reattachment to work again. This treadmill was bought through GoFit, since November 2012 they haven't been able to send anyone out. And as we're in 2013 it's become very frustrating as we initially spoke to 4 different people, all who advised they will get back to us...now all our calls have gone UNanswered - GOFIT is NO HELP.. Could you possibly HELP us? We are still paying this treadmill off (actually payments finish in April 2013) GoFit tel 1800446348 goes straight to answering machine, a person use to pick the phone call up and offered little customer service. Now there is no response at all from them even though their message recording say "please leave a message and we'll get back to you"! We're paying for a service that we're not getting..not even any feedback or update on why it's taking them so long - nothing, nada, no response at all! All we need is our cord to be fixed... (it's not the 'plug end' of the cord it's the base end of the cord) Please help us because GoFit doesn't seem to care! Many Thanks If You Can
