Repair of child's 12V ride-on electric quad bike

Purchased a second-hand child's ride-on 12V quad bike. The battery needed replacing, and the bike then ran great for one day. On the second day the bike suddenly stopped working after 2 minutes. Tested the battery and it was fully charged. I would like the bike repaired, and am happy to bring it (or just the electronics) to a repair shop. It should be a simple repair job.
