Home has a single phone line, with three outlets. Two outlets downstairs, one used for a telephone, the other used for the home Foxtel link. The faulty line/outlet is upstairs. This outlet is used for an ADSL connection. Currently unable to establish ADSL synchronisation because of the poor quality of the line. The issue has been isolated to this line. The two lines downstairs have new ADSL line filters.
